A couple of years ago I went with my 13 yr old daughter. We went to Rome, Naples, Capri, Pompeii, Formia. I would recommend seeing Rome and Capri (if you are heading south) and the amalfi coast (Sorrento, Positano, Ravello). If you go north, Florence, Siena, Venice. My daughters' favorite place was Capri.

This is a serious question. My Mom said that if I can get my brother's weight under 85 pounds, should would give me $200 immediately. Make it fun, exercise is simply active playtime for a kid, take him roller skating that burns a ton of calories, go swimming and have races across the pool which is great cardio exercise, challenge him to be competitive with lines like "I bet you can't beat me" or "I bet you can't do this" and then encourage him by being amazed by his abilities even if their not great this will make him want to try harder to impress you.

My ex boyfriend dumped me its been a 1year since since then (january 2010). My ex boyfriend mom called me and we talked like we were best friends. FUN FRUIT KABOBS

Ingredients

5 large strawberries, halved
1/4 cantaloupe, cut into balls or cubes
2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
1 apple, cut into chunks
20 skewers

Directions

Thread the strawberries, cantaloupe, banana and apple pieces alternately onto skewers, placing at least 2 pieces of fruit on each skewer. Arrange the fruit skewers decoratively on a serving platter.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.

to eat nutritious foods 3 times a day ( a decent portion each time) and do exercise?

I have been struggling with my weight ever since i was 12 years old.
I have tried more than 100 type of diets but all miserably failed.
the thing is... i was able to lose weight but then it all got back to the previous weight.
Been repeating this cycle over and over for the past 20 years.
I'm even worried my past diets affected my bone structures since I've always been losing and gainig weight.

One more question.
about slender women... why are they slender? I know this woman who eats like a guy but she is 5"5 112lbs.
is she naturally slender every since she was born?
she said she has never tried any diet before cuz she doesn't have to.
How could that happen? like i said she eats like a guy.

I have friends that are the same way. They just have very high metabolisms which allows them to eat as much as they want and what ever they want without getting fat. I excercise a lot which it why im very slender but some of the "diets" I do are i dont eat very much at meals and i snack in between on veggies or fruit. You also need to drink loads of water.. this will speed up your metabolism which in the long term will make you lose weight. And dont worry, theres not such thing as water weight.. I have asked many doctors and nutricinalists and all the ansers we NO!

in italy you have to be atleast 16 to ride a moped and i know this from experience but if you are not 16 you can probably get away with it because as long as you drive safe you won't get caught

There are not many jobs available right now here in Italy; the unemployment rate is high. You may have a relatively easy time staying here with a Polish passport, but unless your friend is a citizen of the EU, it won't be so easy for him/her. The cost of living is lower in the south, but the unemployment is higher.

The following applies to non-EU citizens who want to work in the EU in general and Italy in particular, for example. Similar rules apply for other countries; check their consulate websites for specific details. Note that in order to work in France, your friend would need a separate visa there. There is a working holiday visa availavble to Canadians here, but it's intended for stays of over 90 days.

EU citizens have the right to live and work within the EU, but others need a visa to live and work here legally. You can't just decide to relocate and go. The rules in much of the EU have been harmonized and will be similar; there really aren't many easier places. You cannot apply for the visa from Italy; you need to do that before you arrive. With the economy now, jobs are scarce - a lot of companies have a hiring freeze in place. You would, of course, need to be able to speak Italian here and the local language of any other country you might choose to have a realistic hope of landing a job if you can find one available.

When i split with my ex he told me of how much his girlfriend at the time meant to him more than anyone else in the world and 2 months after they split we got together. Here's what I ate today:
2 scrambled eggs on Thomas multigrain muffin
Omelette with Salmon, garlic, black beans and tomatoes
1 Mousse temptation
2 toasts with cottage cheese and sunflower seeds on top
3 sticks of gum
Jam on Thomas Multigrain Muffin
7 almonds
Green Tea
Water

I calculated it and it only comes out to 730 calories. It's wayyy too low. What else can I eat in a regular day to help bring up the calories?

Well the first thing I notice is that you don't have any fruits. You should be aiming for 2-4 servings of fruit each day. A serving of fruit is one whole piece of fruit (apple, banana, orange), 16 grapes, 1 1/4c strawberries (whole), 3/4 c blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, 4oz fruit juice or 2T dried fruit, like raisins. Fruit provides tons of neccesary vitamins and is full of fiber to keep your heart healthy.

You do a great job of getting in healthy proteins though. Salmon, eggs, beans, and cottage cheese are all wonderful sources of protein. If I were you, I would try to add in at least one more serving of dairy though because it contains bone-building calcium, which is especially important at your age. Greek/regular yogurts, low fat milk, cheese, and cottage cheese are all good.

You are right, 730 calories is way too low. Your weight is already pretty low, so you really can't afford to lose anymore. You probably need at least 1800 calories just to maintain your weight, and even more if you are active or want to gain a few pounds. If you are finding it hard to fit in more calories, try adding some of these healthy foods to your diet:

-nuts and seeds
-natural nut butters (good on toast, sandwiches or fruit--I love to put peanut butter on apple slices or bananas!)
-avocados (healthy fats--add to sandwiches, on top of toast, or on salads)
-dried fruits (more calorie dense than fresh)
-olive oil
-lowfat milk/soymilk or 100% fruit juice to drink with meals instead of water
-add some shredded cheese to your eggs/omelettes
-have a whole grain bagel instead of one of the muffins (more calorie dense)

Lets force the goverment to realise that they can not continue to milk us for every penny. Lets refuse to pay the VAT on petrol when we pay for fuel on the 2nd of April. So you get ?10 worth of fuel you refuse to pay the 20% VAT and only offer to pay ?9 instead. Ok the police will be called and people will be Arrested. But if we act in huge numbers there will simply not be enough police to act. When large numbers act as one they can bring the goverment to there knees, it can even bring a goverment down. I came home from a business trip to my fiance. We've been together for 4 years, living together for 3 and 1/2 years and got engaged 7 months ago. We always had the same goals: work on our career, buy a nice house on the water, not have kids. Now, all the sudden, he wants to have kids and I still don't. He's leaving, just like that. He comes from a close family and says that he probably always wanted kids in the back of his mind. My family is not close and I just have never wanted kids. I'm shocked, hurt, pissed, sad. Wish he could've been honest from the beginning (I think he lied to himself more than me). How do I move on from this? I thought I was done; settled. Now, I'm 30 with a great career and my same dreams and no one to build them with. I'll be okay. Right now it just seems pointless. Starting over sucks. Any advice would be appreciated. my little brother is reading lots of ancient roman historians, Polybius, Livy
and it seems that other then imperial tendencies and capitalist ideologies (i am not criticizing or any thing) there seem to be allot of similarities between the roman democracy and the american democracy

The found fathers most certainly did not envision their United States as an extension of Roman Republicanism, just as Plato most certainly did not envision his Utopia in, 'Republic' to be a democracy of any sort. My birthdays coming up in July and I’ve been coming up theme ideas and would like some feedback please. My themes are quite out there, there just random ideas at the moment but which theme do you prefer?

Kid at heart – I could use references to games that I liked when I was a kid. Have kids candy etc Have games with kids humour.

Very British – British flags etc for decorations. Games referencing to things related to British. guess the name of people in Britain and british foods to eat

Chick Flick party – Games relating to romantic comedy films. I could do film quizs such as guess the film from the film clip and match the couples, man to women from films.

Shopaholic party – games relating to shopping, like guess the price of pairs of shoes, guess my favourite outfit from a set of outfits. I could have handbag decorations or something along those lines.

Arty Farty party- this could include games relating to drawing and art. I could make people graffiti a wall (with a large piece of paper on) other games could include guessing who the painting belongs too, eg Picasso etc

Google/dot.com party – games relating to popular websites, facebook, myspace. Also using cool images I’ve found online for games. I could do games like guess whose email it is e.g. gaga@lllady.com

How can i train my crested gecko eat his CGD?

My crested gecko over the past two or so months hasn't been eating his CGD. When i first got him in late november he only ate crickets, i trained him to eat the crested gecko diet, he did so until a few months ago he wont touch the stuff. I put the stuff up close to him on a stick and he just turns his head away. Also i feed him crickets but i have noticed he doesn't seem to be catching and eating as many. Any tips on how to train him to eat it CGD again? And any ideas why he has suddenly stopped?

Try giving him a little variety. He may just be sick of crickets and CGD. Try fruit baby food, i heard they love that! Try meal worms, wax worms ( TREAT ONLY) and maybe some SMALL horn worms? 2) He's really wack... his rapping and beats are mediocre at best.

3) He's Canadian. Nothing against that, but he doesn't have the whole rapper swag thing going on.

I'm 13. I've always been a little chubby, and I have been struggling to lose the last 10 pounds of fat to make me happy. Losing this weight would really boost my confidence.

So- I found these pills in my house, Resveratrol Ultra. It says that it "cleanses the body and promotes weight loss" and I read that the average user loses 17 pounds on it.

But is it safe for me to take? (Again, I am 13.) And I'm just too embarrassed to ask my mom.
Also, I've been on a healthy diet and exercise program, and it just isn't giving me results, so this is my last resort.

I've kinda known this girl since elementary and we're now in college, we went to the same middle school and high school too and in high school we liked each other and we went to a couple of dances together. Hey what's up guys. I'm Mike, I'm 17, and I live home alone with my mother and grandmother. My grandma has jumped from diet to diet over the past couple of months, and about a week ago she decided to get a gym membership to also help improve her health and overall endurance. Shes not over weight at all, shes just a big health nut. She's really been hitting the gym hard and so far shes been going everyday for the past week and for a woman of 68, she really doesnt look it and she actually has some tone! lol. But here's where it gets funny - just today she was telling me she was interested in incorporating submission wrestling into her workouts and she asked me if I wanted to be her wrestling partner when we go to the gym. . She had also mentioned she wanted to try out a vareity holds, like"body scissors", "breast smothers" "head scissors", "chokes" etc. Now, I actually have no problem doing this with her at all, seeing how we don't have too many friends outside the family, and I actually think this would be a fun activity for the both of us. I really dont think I'd hurt her even, given how great of shape my grandma is in and my mom even said go for it, lol. I actually dont mind wrestling around with my grandma, but theres a few things that bother me about...

bring the deck down to 40 ... GB's are mostly about putting the monsters back into the deck ... this increases the deck length a bit although it can help ... i think gladiator beast SHOULD be good but i havent seen a good GB deck yet so i can't really help alot unfortunately ... the main thing i have noticed with the new format is that generally you need to get through your deck quickly ... alot of games i have played since the phantom darkness pack and march 1st banlist came out have been over in a coule of turns ... cards i know of which help draw are jar of greed, d-draw (only if using D-heroes tho), airknight parshath, D-hero disk commander, trade in ... this is all the ones i know of but hope this helps anyway

I have an eating disorder, and for the past six months or so I've been on an extreme diet. My problem is that now I'm recovering, I seem to be putting on weight at a ridiculous rate. For example, yesterday I had at least 3000 calories worth of food. And I woke up today with a MUCH fatter face. I guess what I really want to know is whether I've genuinely gained weight, or it's all in my head?

WOAH. 3000 is a lot of calories, especially since your metabolism slows down when you're eating less.

Since 3500 calories equals one pound of fat, it's possible you may have gained at least half a pound from what you ate yesterday. I doubt you'd gain an entire pound, but half is totally possible.

Although I wake up with a puffy face everyday, and then I just put a cold, wet cloth over my face and the swelling goes down. I thought that was just a normal part of waking up.

i think that you would first gather up all your hair at the back, leaving down your fringe and any side bits that you want to leave and frame your face and then put it in a loose bun on the back of your head in a bobble/pony band that's the same colour as your hair. then, using hair pins that are also the same colour as your hair, i would pin small parts of the bun up into your head, but leave them relatively messy so it looks more natural.

but, once you've pinned up all your hair, just spray some finishing spray (personally i love the charles worthington one) and then voilaa your ready!

You would probably be more noticed as her if you dressed up as her in A Year Without Rain, you could probably find a dress like that, it might be a little bit of money and not look the exact same just try to get a long flowing dress in a tan color, if it's too long or has sleeves cut them off but make it look good and try to picture it first and then wrap it around your arm. I think you can get the jewelery down by yourself :D as for her shoes I would just were something comfortable but elegant like flats :) if it's not noticeable and it's cold there you could wear pants.
Make-up should be easy, you can do mascara, eyeliner and a dark eyeshadow that's a little bit glittery.
Nails aren't important but I would do a french manicure.
Hair? Umm, if you can't dye your hair or it's not long enough here at the dollar general they have $2 black wigs that seem long enough, you'll have to style it though.

Hope y'all have some suggestions here. I'm battling IBS and have read in many places that my positive lactalase breath test may also indicate that I have a lactose digestive issue. I am willing to go on a lactose-free/lactose-limited diet but what do I do for my husband and 4-year-old son? Although technically my (picky eater) husband could probably use to be on the same diet as well -- he suffers from terrible GERD -- in all reality he probably will not give up his whole milk, cheese and sour cream. I can substitute soy or rice beverages in cooking I know, but really this is noticeable in all but a few recipes. Plus, I want to limit my own choices so that I can stay on track. But the fact is that I am still the cook in the family and must figure out a way to make it work without resorting to making different meals for each of us! Any ideas on how to make this less painless on everyone? Recipes or recipe resource ideas? Support? :)

You can find soy based cheese and milk products as well. For the sour cream, consider IMO which has no milk in it whatsoever. Its not half bad! And Breyers now makes a lactose free ice cream that's supposed to be pretty good as well. You can find butter substitutes by looking in Trader Joes or Whole Foods for vegan products. And, if your husband insists on eating stuff he shouldn't, then some Lactaid should be on hand!

I have a freind. She has a bf who just moved from California to be with her in Texas. The man has three kids from 3 diff. women and has abandoned them all. The oldest one is 8 and he abandoned her at 2. . no cards. . no child support. . she says he is wonderful.. does everything for her. . says he wants to turn over a new leaf adn have a relationship with his kids now. . even though he is miles away from them. I know I have a child and I think its dispicable he can provide for this women and not his own kids. . and I'm guessing this talk is all a show for her because she keeps saying he is trying , yet has not DONE anything. One of the mothers keeps proclaiming to her he was deemed a common sociopayh long ago and to beware. What to do?
She also said he called the first mother and told her he plans on raising a child with this woman. It sounds to me as if he did that in order to hurt the mother in the worst possible way he could. . What about her child and all the years he missed out on her ? She doesn't caer and thinks he is right. I think he must be manipulationg her and feeding her whatever she wants to hear?? Italy is the most beautiful country, I spent 5 months at Lake Garda last year (working) and found the people to be friendly and helpful. I wouldn't recommend moving to London, the culture is different and it is not a fair representation of a genuine english way of life. If you decide to come over go for someway smaller, where people are not so much in a rush. However you could compromise and go for some where an hour or so travelling time from London, so that the theatre's, nightclubs, etc are within a short distance. as for me I know where I would prefer to live .

ya that sounds very healthy! ^_^ except your calorie count might be a bit low. maybe have a whole salad for lunch? maybe with your chicken you could have a small salad or some type of vegetable. I usually like broccoli with my chicken. and for a snack later you could have some air pop popcorn. (with no butter or salt) it doesn't have a ton of calories and it tastes good too.

Not sure about a haircut but you can use make-up to make your nose look a little smaller. You will need to buy contouring make-up it should be about 2-3 shades darker in brown than you skintone. Make sure that there is no shimmer. Put a small amount on a make-up brush like a very small blush brush. You should place it from the beginning of your eyebrow down the sides of your nose not on the top. Make sure to blend so there is no line its supposed to look like a shadow. Also on the tip of your nose. If your not sure what Im talking about just look up contouring on youtube or the internet.

How can I please his diet and my 2 year old! I want to make chicken tonight but every recipe has either flour, bread crumbs, or BBq sauce which has sugar in it. Please help!

All I could come up with from my limited selection were these-

Rosemary Chicken Breasts

Prep: 10 minutes
Marinate: 30 minutes
Cook: 8 to 10 minutes
Serves: 4

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Prepare a hot fire. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry; place in a glass baking dish. In small bowl, mix together garlic, rosemary, mustard, lemon juice, salt pepper and olive oil until well blended. Pour over chicken breasts and turn to coat well. Cover and marinate at room temperature, turning once or twice, for 30 minutes. (if you want to marinate longer, place the dish in the refrigerator)

2. Remove chicken breasts from marinade and place on oiled grill set 4 to 6 inches from coals or heat source. Grill chicken, turning once and basting with reserved marinade, until chicken is white throughout but still juicy, 8 to 10 minutes.

Personal note: I like to cook these longer, until the marinade becomes caramelized.

Split Pea Soup

1LB (about 2 – ? cups) green split peas
6 cups chicken or vegetable stock
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 whole clove (yes, a clove – not a clove of garlic)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib with leaves, shopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 small potato, unpeeled and diced
1 cup diced cooked ham

Wash and sort the split peas. Put them in a 6-quart kettle with all the other ingredients except the ham. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat, cover the pot and simmer, stirring occasionally to keep the peas from sticking to the bottom of the pan, for 2 to 3 hours. The peas and vegetables should be very soft and begin to fall apart. The thicker part of the soup will tend to sink to the bottom of the pan and should be stirred up before serving, or you can puree the soup before serving. Stir in the ham about 5 minutes before serving.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings

Possible symptoms of IBD-UC & Crohn's?

Hell I am 28 yr old female and I am hoping I have came to the right place for advice, suggestions and other stories. I am really confused, concerned and now know (after researching) the symptoms I am having are not normal. I will try my best to make this short and sweet...

-I have had rectal bleeding and irritation around rectum after bowel
for years 5+ and always thought I needed more water and fiber in my diet.
-For the last couple years I have rarely have a regular bowel movement, I am either constipated for days or have several days of diarrhea, I don't know if it matters but a lot of the time my stool floats.
-Bloody diarrhea
- I occasionally have stabbing pain in my rectum that last less than a minute.
-abdominal cramping
-bloated
-gas
-nauseous
-dizzy/light headed/shaky

I honestly did not think this was serious until recently...this is what happened:
It started with horrible headaches for 2 weeks, in my right eye and right side of head...no pain meds helped! Then I started having bloody diarrhea (7 bowels the first day) at one point it looked like there was no feces in it just bloody tissue. After the first day I could no longer see blood but still had around 3 to 4 bowel movements each day all diarrhea..I am currently on day 5 of this.

This happened to me 2 other times in the last 6 months, the first 2 times I thought maybe I ate something bad and it was a reaction, but it seems to be getting worse, the 1st time was only one day, the 2nd time was 2/3 days and now this time it has been 5 days. also the first 2 times I did not have a headache, so not sure if this is related.

Also I am not sure if this is related or not but I had a very early miscarriage during this ( took a home pregnancy test and showed positive, then started bleeding heavy the next day) and sadly this is my 3rd miscarriage.

I am having no weight loss and although I do feel fatigue/tired often...it is not more than any other day, I am a stay at home mom and am able to rest when the kidos allow me.

So here is my concern...after researching it seems I am having a lot of symptoms of IBD Crohn's disease/UC, which really scares me b/c my aunt suffered from crohn's and passed away after one too many surgeries : (

I have made an apt with my primary doctor for next week and plan to ask if he will refer me to a specialist...

I would appreciate any thoughts, advice, suggestions and to hear about others stories hat are similar.

It seems like Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's, since fatigue, cramping, and bloody diarrhea are common symptoms, but I'd visit a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis. If it turns out to be UC/Crohn's, I'd recommend calling AloeElite and giving them a try...my cousin was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis about a year ago and went through hell until she took AloeElite...her symptoms are now cleared up thanks to it. I have sent him messages about my facebook name not being a real one and told him who I was and the last time this happened he dropped me from his friends list and either he seems to not get them or he does not pay attention. It confuses me, why all of a sudden would he send me a message two months later, and now act like he does not want to talk to me? Have you noticed that one of the links provided in Pom-Chi's profile actually recommend getting a dog from a responsible breeder who health tests and breeds towards the breed standard? ROFL...someone should get out their reading glasses...

Anyways my 'real' question is regarding my pooch. He's 2 yrs old...some kind of Hound mix. He's got this awful sensitive stomach. For awhile when I first got him up until he was like maybe 17 months or so he had diarrhea pretty consistently. I had all sorts of tests done...including testing his organ values to make sure he was digesting his food right. I started monitoring him very closely and decided his D was a result of eating too many kitty crunchies as it cleared up almost immediately.

However, in the last couple months his diarrhea has started back up. I put him on a bland diet...it seemed to get better so I switched him to a new food (thinking his old food had been making him sick) and then within a day he was back to the diarrhea (I switched slowly...that is not the reason). I brought him to the vet...they did all the standard tests (worms, giardia, etc.) and still nothing. He was put on Metronidazole just in case as well as a dose of Droncit. Still diarrhea. So I put him back on the bland. It cleared up right away. The only thing his original food and the food I switched him to have in common is they are both Lamb Meal (which is usually good for sensi-stomachs). Is it possible he's developed a Lamb allergy and that is why he's been having D?

I'm so sick of him always being sick and skinny...I really wish I had a solution!

If a bland diet produces normal poops, and regular food produces diarrhea, my thought is that it's most likely the food as well.

Have you ruled out a grain intolerance? One of my dogs was skinny & vomited frequently when we adopted her. We switched her to a grain-free food after a bit of experimentation, and that did the trick. It's the only thing that helped her gain weight, only thing that'll maintain her weight, and only thing that keeps her digestive system healthy.

An allergy to lamb is definitely possible. Lamb used to be an uncommon protein source in commercial foods. It was strictly an "alternative" protein source for dogs with digestive problems, found only in specialty foods. Now it's in every food under the sun, dogs eat it from an early age and if they're prone to digestive intolerance, they have every chance to develop a lamb intolerance.

You can rule out some food allergies by making a simple bland diet with one meat and one carbohydrate source and feeding it temporarily. Like chicken and rice. If the dog tolerates that one meat & one carb by itself, you know he's not allergic to those particular things in his dog food. If he tolerates bland chicken & rice, but a chicken/rice dog food makes him sick, then you know it's another kibble ingredient he's allergic to.

Just my thoughts, hope this helps :)

Going to work in Italy soon!?

I start work in Italy as soon as I have received my passport. Since I already have a job in Italy, and my new employer has proved to them that I do, it is going to be prioritised. I should have it in about 2 or 3 weeks, and shortly after that I will be getting on a plane and starting my new job.

However, I'm unsure about a few things.

I have to fly from London Stansted, as that is the cheapest airport where I can get to Brindisi in Italy. I will have to travel down the night before, as the flight leaves early in the morning and I can't find any plane/bus/train that will get me there in time, not even an overnighter. Will I be allowed to sleep in the airport?

Also, I have applied for an EH1C card, but will I need travel insurance as well? I am going to be staying in Italy until the end of August, so I will be there for about 5 months. I can't find any travel insurance that doesn't cost a fortune. Even insurance with my bank would cost me ?90, which I can't afford as I have to save up for flights. I'm not even certain exactly how much a flight would cost me, as the prices seem to be changing daily. I can't book a flight until I've received my passport. Does anyone know if flights would be cheaper to book a few days or a few weeks before travelling?

I have found a few things on the Internet about the town I am going to - Lecce - but not a lot. Can anyone give me some firsthand information? I am going to Italy to be an Au Pair, but I don't even know simple things like where the nearest shops or parks are! I'm going to feel a bit useless having to get the parents or children to show me. I'd rather know a few things before I go.

I've been told that the weather has become hot and sunny recently. Do you think this will last, or am I better to bring some cold weather clothes as well?

Lastly, I've been told I'm not allowed to take fizzy juice or teabags on the plane with me! I am addicted to Irn Bru and Tetley tea, and I'm not sure how I'm going to be if I can't drink either of them. Think I'll end up being even more homesick! It was my parents that told me this, but I can't find anything that says about it. Does anyone know?

i have currently been in Italy for a few months so this is what i know ! :

yes you can sleep in the airport although it wont be much fun. I used to travel to stansted using the national express bus to get there, have you checked them out ?

The EH1C card is for medical treatment in the country, travel insurance is more broad, for example it can cover stolen goods to drugs and medical bills to flying you back home in case of an emergency. Mine cost me about ?50 however since you are there longer, unfortunately there is not much you can do about it.

Booking flights is usually cheaper the earlier you do it, for example a month before. It can also be cheap from 7 - 1 days before, as the company wants to fill the plane! however booking a few days before can be a risk.

Don't worry about the town, why should you feel useless not knowing where the shops are if you have never been!? The people who know the most are the people you are going to stay with! you can look on google earth or maps, type the address in and get an idea of the area.

The weather is getting better slowly, but compared to england its summer right now! take a jacket and some jumpers for the rainy days and the odd cool night just incase, but it's only going to get hotter and hotter, and since Lecce is in the south, expect it to get very hot!

No liquids are allowed in hand luggage on the plane, doesn't matter what it is. They are allowed in the suitcase, however check stansted's website, it should tell you all there.

So this is what I'm thinking: I can do loads of ab exercises and some thigh exercises (I've already got a bunch picked out) and eat stuff to make my boobs bigger. I don't want to make my chest wider, I just want bigger boobs. I barely fill an A cup right now, and I want to at least get to Bs WITHOUT getting a stomach. So what do I eat? And if you have any ab exercises that worked for you just post 'em please!! Also, will this idea work? If not, what will? I'm not looking for any weight loss programs or anything I have to purchase. no that will not work. when you exercise you do burn calories which gets rid of fat. but you dont burn off fat only in the area you exercised, you gain and lose fat uniformly throughout the entire body and there is no way around it. you cant make one part of your body skinny and another fat, sorry :(. aside from a boob job i dont think you can increase the size of your boobs. boob size is hereditary and you cant alter your genes. you could try doing chest exercises to build those muscles and it may give the appearance of bigger boobs. im sure you look fine the way you are, girls always think theres something wrong with them, but really there isnt.

Absolutely DO NOT do diet pills.

Look at exercises that will up your core strength, since that is where you're having problems. Use weights or balance exercises. Just sit-ups won't cut it.

Eat more whole grains and less processed food - no more white bread! Cut down your salt intake too; a lot of what's there could be retaining water to balance out the salt (that is my #1 problem, too).

Good luck! Remember to keep it healthy and not stress out your body.

Well all the time I see people (mostly teenage girls) go crazy for this guy saying he's so sweet and nice and that he's hot but... I don't see it. Like in his interviews he acts so conceded. How can people like that?

As you have stated, most of his fans are preteen and teen girls. Unfortunately, it doesn't take much to impress that demographic.

A sweet face and voice...lyrics about love and a liberal use of "baby"...some good dancing and a catchy tune are all that is needed to be successful.

When I was a preteen and younger teen, the lead singer of the boy band that was popular among girls like me was who everyone, including myself, was in love with. Now I look at that guy and think LOL! But it was cute then and I look back on it with grace.
