to eat nutritious foods 3 times a day ( a decent portion each time) and do exercise?
I have been struggling with my weight ever since i was 12 years old.
I have tried more than 100 type of diets but all miserably failed.
the thing is... i was able to lose weight but then it all got back to the previous weight.
Been repeating this cycle over and over for the past 20 years.
I'm even worried my past diets affected my bone structures since I've always been losing and gainig weight.
One more question.
about slender women... why are they slender? I know this woman who eats like a guy but she is 5"5 112lbs.
is she naturally slender every since she was born?
she said she has never tried any diet before cuz she doesn't have to.
How could that happen? like i said she eats like a guy.
are there really some lucky ppl who can eat whatever they want but won't even gain 1 pound?

I have friends that are the same way. They just have very high metabolisms which allows them to eat as much as they want and what ever they want without getting fat. I excercise a lot which it why im very slender but some of the "diets" I do are i dont eat very much at meals and i snack in between on veggies or fruit. You also need to drink loads of water.. this will speed up your metabolism which in the long term will make you lose weight. And dont worry, theres not such thing as water weight.. I have asked many doctors and nutricinalists and all the ansers we NO!
