If a man and women make exactly the same salary, and the women lives longer, should she still retire earlier?

If a man and women make exactly the same salary, and the women lives longer, should she still retire earlier?
Many countries, e.g Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Vietnam, have different retirement ages for men and women, and the women retire 5 years younger, despite living 7 years longer.
Surely this discriminates against every single man who makes an equal or lesser salary than women in the same position? And why should a female CEO retire before a man working minimum wage? Making blanket generalizations coerces gender inequality.

Answer on If a man and women make exactly the same salary, and the women lives longer, should she still retire earlier?

Many people choose to work while retired anyways. I know I probably will.
