Soup, fruits, salads for weight loss okay?

i know that sounds like lack of nutrients and i also think so, but besides vitamins, what else can i incorporate to replace the lack of nutrition, im talking about in terms of any vitamin pills, or powder drink, seeds anything... thank you

the most important thing to a proper and well balanced diet is eating 2000 calories a day and exercise
