I am a 34 year old mother of three. I weigh an outstanding 170 pounds which is the most i have ever weighed. I am only 5'5 and my doc says i need to get the weight down. Only problem is I had a hysterectomy a year ago and my thyroid was not working properly. I have been on medication for over a year.. both for hormones and thyroid. I don't eat sweets and i don't eat a lot of pastas or breads. I used to ride my bike 6 miles a day now with the cold weather and the kids i have no time... What are some things i can do at home to get my exercise and some diet tips to eat healthier. I need to get my weight down but with all the meds.. its been a challenge. If several small meals a day are good.. what are some suggestions.
Answer on With all the challenges.. how do i succeed at weight loss?
