I weigh 148 lbs and I am 5'5 and a half. How could I get healthier (loose weight) just by my eating. I already have P.E. everyday so I am getting excersize.

I see the 'home remedies' - "about it you can get...." and the "I'm a doctor" brigade are out in force again this weekend' - in the meantime I suggest you just cut down on your calorific intake
