Hi, i'm Marina. I'm italian, and now at school we are studying U.S.A..
One of my classmate said you americans drink milk at lunch, instead of water. But I'm not sure, in fact in the "skills and cultures", does not say it . Is true?? Thanks.. and i'm sorry for my bad english.
Write without abbreviations, otherwise I don't understand!
Another question: What time is it there? Here it's 7:37 p.m.

Answer on It is true that Americans drink always milk for lunch? (I'm writing from Yahoo Italy)?

No, it's not true that americans always drink milk for lunch. It's true that milk is served in public schools with lunches (maybe that's where you're friend was coming from.) Truth be told, it would be a LOT healthier for us if we did though, instead of guzzling down energy drinks and soda all the time.

And it's 1:40pm here. (FYI, the mainland United States covers more than one time zone too.)

What do you Italians drink with your lunch?
