During my last pregnancy I was on bed rest and went from 120lbs to 170lbs. A whopping 50lb. weight gain! I would love to loose it by June-July, if possible. I eat well and drink a ton of water and dropped 5lbs so far. I am buying a treadmill this weekend to help push me since it's too cold to take my newborn walking outside. How often should I use it to get the maximum results?
