I'm trying to lose some weight.. I love bread, and eat it because it's a good filler. It keeps me full longer than anything else. I think I'm eating too much starch, because I'm not losing anything. I eat a lot of spinach, cucumbers, onions, orange juice, and mini wheats. I eat tempah for protein. I drink soy milk for calcium.
Any suggestions or tips? What can I eat for snacks?

i'm going to try corn tortillas in place of bread
heat one up on a pan and put whatever i would have put on bread
and you may well be right about why you aren't losing.
too many starchy carbs in the bread especially if you are eating alot.
