im trying to lose weight. a lot of weight.
ive tried several times before and im not sure what diet would work best for me....

It's real easy.
Eat breakfast every day. This will be your one chance to eat a scrap of bread for the day.
Drink nothing but water. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
Eat nothing but lean protein and fiber. No sugar, no carbs.
Exercise for at least thirty minutes every day.
Eat several small meals a day at regular times.
Don't eat after dark.
I lost 60 lbs. in about 4 months this way.
