Hello, I am 13 years old and I weigh abour 115-120 and I am about 5'1. I s this normal.
I tend to have a somewhat fat tummy, and thighs, I have strech marks on my sides, and on my inner thighs. Is this Bad. last night I started to do sit-ups 25 times then everyday I go up 5 more, I also HATE the taste of water, it is just so disgisting I literally gag. Is their anyway I can get more water in my diet, eat healthier to manitain shape and health. Please Help?

Sit ups are not the answer to a flat stomach. You need an all around fitness program. You need cardio (running, DDR, zumba ) , core workouts ( you Can find online) and throw in yoga or Pilates. Try mixing Chrystal lite into your water to make it taste better. You need water to be physically active! Good luck!
