The winner of the 1990 World Cup was Germany.

Answer on Who was the only team to tie or win against the winner of the 1990 World Cup in Italy?

Good question. Colombia tied Germany in the group stage on June 19, 1990. It was a 1:1 game. Colombia advanced to the round of 16 but lost to Cameroon.

Anyone good at brain teasers? NEED HELP ASAP!?

1)Pick up an ant and place it on one corner of a suger cube. This cube has sides all measuring 1 cm. If the ant can only walk along the edges of the cube, what is the total distance it can travel without retracting any part of its path?

2)Your challenge is to split some apple juice into three equal portions. The juice comes in a 24-ounce container. You have only three other containers, each holding 5,11,and 13 ounces. How can you divide the juice into three equal portions?

3)Suppose this is the early 1900's and you;re in New York City's little italy getting a pizza Margherita, named in honor of a pizza-loving italian princess. Can you divide the pie into eight equal slices with only three straight cuts? All the pieces must be identical:each with an upper surface covered with sauce, lower baked crust and a crusty edge. (Hint:Don't worry about the mess. You won't have to clean up.)

4)Different things orbit the earth at various speeds and distances. For example, satellites and space instruments released by the space shuttle are only several hundred miles away from the earth, while communications satellites circle at a distance of about 22,300 miles.Satellite X-I orbits our planet once every 9 hours, satellite Beta orbits once every 4 1/2 hours, and Satellite Parking orbits once every 3 hours. At time zero, the satellites are positions in a straigth line. After they begin orbiting, how long will it take for all three objects to position themselves again in a straight line?

5) 24 toothpicks can be arranged in a 3 by 3 grid. You can remove exactly 6 toothpicks and be left with exactly 3 squares. No loose ends sticking out.How is this possible?

Once again GOOD LUCK!

1) 9 cm.

2) 24 - 5 - 11 - 13

24 - 0 - 0 - 0
8 - 5 - 11 - 0
8 - 0 - 11 - 5
8 - 0 - 3 - 13
8 - 5 - 3 - 8
8 - 0 - 8 - 8

Don't know if there's solution with less steps.

4) After 4-1/2 hours. In 9 hours, the satellites would all be in their original positions (with X-I having one revolution, Beta two revolutions, and Parking three revolutions). In half that time (4-1/2 hours), X-I and Parking would be on the opposite of their original positions, but still in a straight line with Beta, which would be in its original position.

5) I can't describe it to you now how I did it, but the three squares remaining have sides equal to 1, 2, and 3 toothpicks.
