I want to lose 10 pounds in the next 2-4 weeks. I'm 5'5 or 5'6 118 pounds and a teen girl. I have an exercise plan all i need is a diet.
Please give me a strict diet that works and isn't too hard for a teen to do.

I know what it is like to be a teenage girl trying to lose weight. It is very hard to eat what diet books say cause, face it, we don't get a say in what is for dinner or what mum gets food shopping. And if you've got younger siblings, there are bound to be sweets in the house.
Stick to a low fat, high fiber diet like fruits, salads, fresh and steamed veggies and beans.
What is simple and easy is the 'raw food diet' - basically just eat eat food in its raw form, no processed food, only fruit, nuts and veg. no yogurt, muesli bars anything processed. (I found it hard to give up foods like bread and biscuits though)
What diet I found the best was "8 rule". (I think it was called) This diet is really easy and worked for me. Just try and eat 8 plant based things a day. (I ONLY ate plant based things) Coffee counts - comes from a bean. Bread counts - comes from wheat. Chips don't as they are predominantly the oil they are cooked in. Chocolate dosn't there is more cream and sugar than cocoa bean.
Just use your common sense here.
These are great cause they are easy to follow, and live with. And you don't have some diet saying ; Day 1 eat (weird food that you have to go out and buy).
Oh and remember:
It takes your body 20 minutes to tell if its full
Warm foods make your stomach expand, so the stomach things it is fuller than if it had the food cold. (try warm milk with your cereal)
If you are craving, and dinner is not far away, suck on a sweet, it confuses your body and it thinks it has had a decent meal, but you are hungry soon after.
If you are craving something you know you shouldn't, brush your teeth or use listerine. (it will make the food taste funny and you wont eat it)
