I have wide shoulders and wide hips, but I'm chubby, what can help with my stomach?

I'm 5'7", I weigh 190lb, I'm sixteen years old. I have an average bust. I go to the gym as it is and lift weights, do squats, ect. What else can help me lose my stomach? I feel ashamed of my bodytype and I feel like it's not attractive. I try dieting, but I have a hard time sticking to it. Is there any tips? Or encouragement? Or suggestions?

You can live at the gym and exercise like a monster, but all that hard work won't pay off unless you watch what you eat. It's really that simple.

My sudjestion, incorporate more cardio into your exercise routine. But do NOT stop weight lifting. They say cardio burns more fat and that is BS. Yeah it burns more calories at the moment but once you leave the gym, your calorie burning stops.

While you lift weights your body burns fat not at the same rate as cardio but it does regardless, the difference is that once you leave the gym your body keeps burning to recover.

But like I said, you can work your *** off for an hour at the gym, its the other 23 hours that count. So when its time to choose between a donut or an apple, I hope you make the right choice.
