Is what i ate and the excerise i did today healthy and good for dieting?
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix, milk
School lunch: Fish fingers, chips, satsuma
Dinner: Homemade soup (potatoes,chicken,vegetables,buckweat)
Excerise: 1 hour on the wii fit, 210 calories burned.
Is this a good and healthy diet for a under 14 year old?
I appreciate any help and tips on dieting for a young girl too!

Sounds healthy to me. And nice choice for lunch and snacks especially. Fish is the best meat for you, and Bananas are a good healthy snack.
