I've gone down from 164 to 157 in record time. I have cut out all the junk from my diet and have only eaten low calorie, healthy foods. I cheated the other day and had a red velvet cupcake but that was it.
Is it normal to lose so much weight so quickly, or is this weight loss water weight only? I'm going to start hitting the gym now that the weight has shaved off and start building muscle.
