Anybody know if theres aWeight loss plan?

I was wondering if anyone knew a site that would make you a plan. Like you enter your age and weight and your target weight and so fourth and it creates a plan. For what to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner~ Anyone know one?

You realize that weight loss pills are never all natural. Most contain a type of laxative, which is what helps you lose weight. It's not fat weight though, just water. Over time laxatives will hurt your body if taken regularly. Diet pills are not safe nor should teens be using them.
