Does this sound like a good 'diet' day/ plan? :)?

Is this a good meal plan for someone trying to lose 10-15 lbs? (Aiming for 2-3 lbs/ week)

Breakfast:
1 Pack Quaker Oatmeal 130 Cal.
1 Medium Banana 100 Cal.

Snack:
1 Medium Orange 80 Cal.
1 Cup (8 oz.) Skim Milk 80 Cal.

Lunch:
Medium Yellow Apple 80 Cal.
15 Carrot Sticks 30 Cal.
4 Small Vegetable/Shrimp Sushi Rolls 65 Cal. (each) (Might change for 3 Hard Boiled Eggs)

Snack:
1 Slice Whole Wheat Bread 70 Cal.
1 TBS Peanut Butter 100 Cal.
About 1-1 1/2 Cup Pineapple/ Honeydew Melon 100 Cal.

Dinner:
(My Dinners change everyday and I home-cook most of them
Calories never go above 450)
1 Can Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup 180 Cal.
1 Cup Steamed Vegetables 30 Cal.
6 Oz. Low Fat Yogurt 80 Cal.

In Total- A little over 1200 Calories

Details-
I'm 15
Female
5'5 1/2
125 lbs (Trying to get back down to 110 lbs)
Measurements: 34'25'35

Exercise:
30 Min. Walk
30 Min. Other Exercises

Thats a really good diet of you do that you will be 110 in no time. It sounds healthy to. Good luck =]
