ok so im about 40 lbs overweight, it started my senior yr in HS and its slowly been going up, well i guess not that slowly ive gained 30 lbs in 3 yrs :( so i have never really done dieting except for like those crash diets that make you lose crazy weight but you gain all back as soon as you stop that regimen... so i need help. i know you suppose to have like 4-6 small meals a day, but what kind of meals? im hispanic so a lot of of the recipes i know are either super fatty, or loaded with carbs. so could you help me and help me think if a good daily menu to follow for effective healthy weight lose.

Replace all liquids with distilled and filtered water - NO tap water. Eat only 3 meals a day if you're not working out and have no more than 500 calories at each meal, if you can't count them then just eat alot less, you're stomach will eventually get smaller and used to in a few days. Your best bet is a low carb, low calorie, low fat, and high protein diet.
