I am 5ft 2 and weigh just under 7st 10 (dress size 8). I have recently came off 300mg+ of the diet pill ephedrine a day (I know thats bad) and this is my new 'healthy' diet... (As of Monday just gone)
Morning - Bowl of Bran Flakes and a cup of tea.
3 Hours later - Chicken (200 calories worth).
3 Hours later - 1/4 of a tin of beans and 1/2 a tin of dry tuna.
3 Hours later - Half a banana and 1 egg white (boiled).
I also drink 2-3 liters of water a day and do 1 hour cardio and 1 hour toning and I am active(ish) for most of the day.
My question is am I eating too much? As I seem to be putting weight on :(

No you are not. That's a really good diet. I don't agree with the ephedrine but that's your choice.
You should add some vegetables (boiled or steamed) and more fruit (1 apple, 1 kiwi, and an orange every other day).
