Exercises and diet for weight loss.?

what should i eat daily and what exercises should i do for weight loss?
I need to start losing weight ASAP.

Okay well for your diet you should eat fruit and veg, (and lots of it, whenever your snacking have some grapes or something), drink plenty of water! And don't start cutting out carbs.
Breakfast : slice of toast or bowl of cereal and green tea or water.
Snack : fruit or veg.
Lunch : ham sandwich, salad, fruit salad, crackers and water or smoothie.
Snack : nuts and water.
Dinner : whatever you like but small portion. however nothing like burgers or fried foods or take outs.
by having six small meals or 3 meals with 2 snacks, each day it helps keep your metabolism high.
Exercise : 3 days of the week do some cardio such as walking, running, cycling etc.
another 3 days do sit ups, push ups, or even dancing in your bedroom listening to your ipod. try yoga as well and planks and pilates.
take one day off out of the week to rest, i recommend a sunday.
by doing this you'll healthily lose weight and you won't reck your health. However if you want to lose like 4-5lbs in a week!!! then crash diets are the way to go, BUT this only keeps the weight off for a short period of time. If you want to keep it off for a long period of time then what i said earlier will do just the thing. Good luck hope i helped.
