How can I REALLY lose weight fast?

Im 19 and had my daughter 13 mos ago, and havent lost ANY of the baby weight. its really depressing and makes me cry every time i look at myself in the mirror. i am with my baby daddy still, but feel he is less attracted to me because of such a drastic change in my body. i need help really bad, but dont have money to pay for all the expensive diet stuff. :( any tips? please, no hurtful remarks please.

You never want to lose weight too fast or in an unhealthy way. It can cause your metabolism to become messed up. I am in the same boat as you. I haven't lost all of my baby weight from my pregnancy and have just recently started working on getting on the right track. Step one: I am keeping a food diary. If you have an iPhone there are great apps for this but a pen and paper work just as well. Write down everything you eat. Of course, you should make healthy choices, but even when you slip, seeing that on paper makes you very aware of your diet and what needs changing. If you go the paper route post it on the refrigerator so you see it every time you are tempted to sneak a snack. Exercise at least 3-4 times a week for 30 min a day. Even as a mom that is possible, trust me, I do it everyday with a 2 year old, school, and a job. Do simple things. Invest in a couple of hand weights if you can but you can even use weighted easy-to-handle baby toys to do bicep and tricep curls. Do some lunges, do some research on sit-ups that work for you, and if you can, it is very important to take a walk. This you can do with the baby, just put her in the stroller and off you go! There are also plenty of websites to help you stay on track and don't forget to periodically weigh yourself to track your progress. Good Luck!
