Please help?! READ PEOPLE READ AND ANSWER?

i really need help! i need to lose weight! just 7 or 8 lbs, that's it! how can i do this?! i've been eating healthier, drinking the recommended 8 glasses a day or more, and doing a full week of 8 Minutes in the Morning program a day! (it's weight loss thing that makes you lose 2 lbs a week guaranteed). i haven't lost any weight at all! and i still have a lot of fat! what can i do?! please help me! i've been like crying every time i look in the mirror i'm so unhappy. just 7 or 8 lbs. how can i do this really fast?! best answer will get 10 points. DO NOT advertise pills to me! i will not go on a crash diet or be anorexic or bulimic. thank you.

btw, i am 14, 5'9" and 125 lbs. don't tell me i'm not fat because i know i am.

also, my mom won't allow me to go running because she thinks it's *unsafe* (it's retarded) and i don't own a hula hoop or a jump rope. wat can i do?!

firs tof all, i dont care what the scam artist on tv or wherever told you.. nobody loses any weight training for 8 minutes.
im sure some person with a doctorate came in wearing a lab coat and said "im a doctor and insist this is a fact" doesnt make it so.

30 minutes of cardio a day. its not written that way to make overweight people suffer. it is a fact. it takes at least 20 minutes to burn off ready fuel sources in the body. following the use of these, fat is starting to burn. 45 minutes a day at your target heart rate will be ideal. keep your heart rate around 130 the whole time, this will be at the bottom end of your target heart rate. and cut the carbs, drink lots of water, no sweets, no pastries, no chips no dips.
