I know all about the nutritional side of things, but I've never really tried to target certain aspects of myself for improvement. What I am looking to do is get rid of the "Spare Tire" around my waist and turn it into the nice "six pack" I am also wanting to get the pecks going. Everything else I can do on my own, but even when I burn off a lot of the fat with running and such and do situps I am left with a bit of flab around the belly and no definition. If anyone has good exercises to achieve this, or even diet tips I would be very appreciative.
I had gained a lot of weight a couple years ago when my ex was pregnant, and have already lost 72lbs and am down to 5'11" and 192.. Still 17lbs more than I used to be, but I want to be back to myself and even better.

For the 6pack do crunches and side crunches.
For pecks do lift weights. Buttery style.
