I need recipes or food suggestions for the 2468 diet. Please no negative comments?

PLEASE NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS.

I'm going to start the 2468 diet, but I can't find any websites that give and suggestions on what to eat during these 4 days. Has anyone else done this diet or know of similar ones?

I need some recipes!

On the first day of the diet you're supposed to consume 200 calories, the second day 400 calories, the third day 600 calories, and the fourth and last day 800 calories, then repeat.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

<3 Morgan!

I need to lose 30 pounds by April 17th, could you please help me with a workout regimen that will assist me?

Okay, for starters i have put myself on a 1200 calorie diet, and have stuck with it for about 2 weeks now. I now feel comfortable that i will be able to stick with it. Now all i need is a good workout regimen that will help me achieve my weight loss goal by my given date. Here are a list if things i have access to on a daily basis, so please keep that in mind.
A treadmill
A shake weight
A mini trampoline
The Turbo Jam work out videos
& Good music :)

So if you could please put together a daily workout routine, it would be great. If you are going to tell me to run on my treadmill, please tell me for how long and at what speed.

Oh and here is my weight, age, and height:

159.9
18
5'7

Thank you so much!!

I am trying to lose weight too, I am actually your height and a little older (21 in an month!) I've dropped about 25lb and I still have quiet a bit to go.

8 glasses of water a day. A salad for lunch everyday. Protein for breakfast for sure! I have a scrambeled egg ever day and a piece of whole grain bread (oh yeah, no more white bread!) and if you buy whole grain read the label and make sure there is not high fructose corn syrup in it. I can't tell you how much bread does and I can't believe it! Any way, the protein in the egg (the milk I drink with it) keeps you full for a really long time. Also, and I know it sound counterintuitive, but as your keeping the meals small (as you should) snack through the day on healthy things. I always eat a piece of fruit in between lunch and dinner or dinner and breakfast. It isn't just about curbing hunger, it is about keeping the metabolism going and that will burn more of the food you eat.
Number 2 is exercise, you gotta do it. Cardio and free weights, hit the treadmill everyday (start slow, no more than 4 mph) and lift weights. The muscle from the weight training will again burn more calories through the day than the fat on your body will. Don't weigh your self for a while, the scale may be going up for a couple of week cause your body will retain water but it is an illusion.
Ok, last thing, this is a lot of weight in a short time period, you may not be able to get it all of, but if you are for real about this, this can't be about a crash diet, because you will gain ever ounce back. You have to realize this is a change in habit for good. If all you care about is this event and you don't mind gaining it back then ignore this part but I am not really counting calories myself I am just telling myself this is how it has to be from now on and after a while I stopped missing the old eating habits and I love how I feel after a run. I am still NOwhere near as in shape as I want to be and I do have weight loss goals, but if I don't hit everyone when I want to that is ok, because I want this to be for the rest of my life. And in the scheme of the rest of my life, what does not having gotten off 3 pound by a week earlier matter anyway?

Good luck!
