So after a recent trip to the doctors, I have decided after some not to bad results I need to loose some weight. I'm in my late teens and feel as though I'm missing out on a lot of fun stuff because of my weight I lack confidence mostly because of my weight.

I aim to go on holiday to Magaluf not this year but next. I need to loose around 9 stone to be at a healthy slim weight, can I do this in lets say just over a year? I really enjoy swimming how many times a week should I go, including a healthy diet of course

Swimming is good for weight loss and you could do a lot of laps for say half an hour 5 or 6 days a week. More than half an hour each time would be even better.
Perhaps you could try the metabolism boosting foods diet.
