So going to the gym is no problem. I can stay their every day for 2 and a 1/2 to 3 hours and burn 1,500-2,000 calories, and then I run and walk a mile at park. MY ******* PROBLEM IS i'm still eating **** *** foods so i'm not loosing as much weight as I could be. Do you think I should cut out all **** foods or try to eat smaller portions of them? Like ten french fries instead of 45, or don't eat them at all? 17 years old, 235 pounds, female, 5'2. I'm not lazy at all and I could litterly excerise all day and then I just eat it all back. Any tips?
Answer on Question about weight loss?
Smaller portions overall isn't the key, it's healthier meals. Lower calories, through healthier food. How about instead of french fries you eat some vegetables instead? You need to have a 100% healthy diet. This means, 6 smaller meals a day that consist of a well rounded low calorie meal, eat lots of vegetables and eliminate any calories from drinks and you'll lose a lot. Don't ever starve yourself, but don't over eat either.
