Where can i find a good workout routine and a good diet plan that doesn't require alot of milk

I have the same problem as you, i am lactose intolerant...if i drink milk, i get dierhea in 20 mins.
My weight has increased from 75 kg to 100 kg in a total of for years.
In approx 6-8 months, it was 77 kg to 85 kg to be realistic.
Exercise (body building) helps you get hungry!! When i go to the gym, i am an eating animal....
I only eat meats.....fish, chicken, etc....foods like macaroni, salads mean nothing to me....
ask yourself, how many people you know who are in the olympics actually say they eat greens?
That my whole point.....you want size...muscle i assume and not fat...you need the protein.
So start taking protein shakes....low carbo...high protein mixed with your diet...and go to the gym daily to get your stomach and body going.....
Plenty of rest!!!! minimum 8 hours....body uses sleep to heal and grow itself....no sleeping means more dead muscle tissue, hence less growing.
1. Body Building
2. Use protein shake (Pure Weight, will turn you into a bull like me)
3. Exercise to get you body moving...
4. Get enough sleep.
5. Do not over do it....give it some time....
6. Motivation and consistency is the two key factors that will guide you to success. Dont loose them.
