Have more fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates and fats. Avoid potatoes, rice, grapes, mangoes, chickoos, watermelon, coconut and peanuts. Totally stop cheese, butter, ghee, chocolates, cream, cakes, icecream and other sweets and fried things and use kardi oil.use cow milk.avoid eating at late night. preferably stop eating after 7- 7:30 pm. If required eat a very light dinner after that. If u really want to lose weight, then go mfor walks regularly- i.e. brisk walking atleast 30 mins daily. or any other exercise of your chioce. wish u good luck.
