A diet for a 17 yr old girl?

Hi, I'm currently in Track and I am a sprinter, I am looking for a good diet nothing to really loose weight per say, just something to shape up and keep my body healthy.
I am also thinking of starting my P90X again. Just can anyone help me figure something out, kind of tired of the yo-yo dieting and my body is really hateful toward me for it as well.
So if anyone can help PLEASE DO :)
