Someone Please give me a good diet that actually works!!! Keep in mind I'm 17 years old and I attend high school it's so hard to stick to a diet I really need to loose weight and I want it off fast!! Someone please help me

3 high protein, low carb. fullbars 30 min before meals, keep them light.
2 high protein, low carb snacks between meals (i.e. peanuts).
avoid salt, makes your retain water and u will bloat
daily exercise (45 minutes of cardio), tone out 3 x /wk
