I am 5' 10.5" and weigh 146 pounds. I am wondering how much weight can I afford to loss and how to do it. My body seems to retain everything! I only eat about 1300-1400 calories a day and run at least a 5k every other day. I want a beach ready body and I am fed up with feeling fat. HELP
