I just started a week ago. I've lost 3 pounds. Woo Hoo! I'm catching on, but it's hard because I don't know what to cook. I haven't purchased the book that has recipes yet. Does anyone have any ideas or recipes? Type O's have to refrain from dairy, wheat, corn and high fructose corn sweetner. Rice flour is great. Any baking recipes for rice flour? (U.S. measurements would be helpful)
