I'm 17 and currently studying for my A Levels, and this and other things means I don't have a great deal of time at the moment. I'm generally very conscientious about health and stuff, and my diet is really good, but I'm ashamed to admit I don't actually do any exercise. I really want to start getting involved in something, but I'm not entirely sure what
- I never particularly enjoyed team sports like hockey and netball at school, and I don't really want to join a team at the moment, because of commitment and stuff
- In general, I prefer less competitive sports such as running, climbing, swimming etc
- I think I might like to try something like kickboxing but I don't really want to do it competitively...like, I'd rather just train and not worry about levels and medals and belts etc
Does anyone have any suggestions of sports that might suit me? Haha this is a stupid question but I tried some quizzes and they were all rubbish lol :)

This could sound really cheesy and wrong put i've been told by a few freinds that pole dancing lessons are great for exercising! It doesn't mean your a s#*g if you take them! They exercise and work every muscle in your body and keep it well toned. Also, try some different types of dance classes, find a place near you, you don't have to be comitted, just go when you feel like exercising, better than paying ?30 a month for a gym membership:BORINGGGGG!
