I used this anti loss which promised that you take it and within 4 weeks you will lose it . That as long as you adhere to there rules about how you lose the weight you will lose weight . If you do not lose weight and follow there guidelines then they will give you ?200 . Does that count as a contract would anyone know any similar storys to that .

Edit - If the case is US law why does it have a Queens Bench reference - because it is English.
