Okay so when I go grocery shopping i have a hard time picking out really healthy choices. I was wondering what the healthiest foods were, veggies and fruits. I'd like to drop a few pounds before summer so I only want the best of the best but I don't want it to break my wallet. I'm also incorporating 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
