I am trying to lose 15 pounds in 2 months, what exercises?

Im 5'2" 106 lb. I may sounds skinny, but because im short, i dont look as skinny as i sound.
I used to be 93 pounds and i LOVED my body. I was very healthy looking because i was toned, but i gained weight so now Im trying to lose it healthily.
I eat 1200 calories, veggies & fruits (lots of apples and oranges), old fashioned oats, extra virgin coconut oil, avocados and lara bars for good fats, ezekiel bread, and some meats.
I exercise for my health, but i read exercise isn't required for weight loss.
Like yesterday i jogged 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. Today i did workouts on demand for 40 minutes so it changes a lot.
Some days i just get exercise from walking around a mall shopping for 2 hours. I also drink loads of water because they say that really helps in weightloss.

But the problem is, i dont think my regime will help me reach my goal, like i will gain too much muscle or my appetite will get bigger and will cause me to gain weight or just stop losing weight.
So any other ideas or things i can do to lose 15 pounds in 2 months and get as skinny as i used to be?

Honestly, I am the same height as you and I know that you are already at a low healthy weight. Since you don't actually have much weight (or any) that can be considered excess and because you're still pretty active and eating healthy, it is probably not possible to lose weight that fast. Also, yes, the more you exercise, the more you need to consume, so you will get hungrier. The only thing I can think of is, cut out the avocados and coconut oil and maybe crank up the cardio. Work out for an hour every day, but don't do something that builds muscle because muscle weighs more than fat. Also, don't drink too much water because you'll actually start retaining it if you're drinking more than you actually needed. Most people do not need 6 to 8 cups a day. Drink if you're thirsty and then maybe an extra glass, but don't go overboard.
